Bookings and Cancelation Policy:
Thank you for considering Ic Beauty. Our mission is to provide you with excellent service. Below are a couple of policies to ensure you the best experience possible.
Bookings:
When booking your service please arrive 10 minutes prior to find parking, use of restroom if needed and a mini consolation to see what suits you best as not every style fits everyone.
No guests are allowed into our space. If there is a personal reason why you should have someone with you email us at icbeauty1@outlook.com to let us know.
Please cleanse your lashes prior to your appointment or come 5 minutes before for us to provide you with a lash bath.
Please keep in mind that we require your visa information that will not be charged unless you miss your appointment or cancel less then 24 hours without notice.

We do require a deposit when booking with our technician, keep in mind that all deposits are nonrefundable .
The deposit can be transferred over to another appointment. All deposts must be sent to icbeauty1@outlook.com
Rescheduling/Cancelations:
We understand sometimes things may happen last minute. A minimum of 24 hour’s notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, your payment on file will be charged. Also keep in mind that your deposit will not be refunded back to you, it may be transfered to another appointment with a fee applied.
Late Policy:
Anyone who consciously forgets their appointments or constantly chooses to make a last-minute cancelation will be charged the full amount of their service amount. You will not be longer rescheduled after 3 times.
